Supervisor Juvenile/Child Support Deputy Clerk Circuit Clerk's Office $14.75--$16.60 This position reports to the Circuit Clerk and Chief Deputy through the Courts Administrator. This position is responsible for supervising the Benton County Circuit county Juvenile and Child Support Records, staff and the daily duties assigned within the department. Works with the public, Juvenile Probation, attorneys and Judge/Staff. Will need strong leadership and customer service skills. Will aid in setting up accounts for the collection/receipting of payments as ordered by the court. All documents/payments must be received and processed according to state statutes and rules. Responsible for reviewing reports to ensure accuracy of the daily entries made. Will need to be able to work independently within the policies procedures, laws and regulations governing the Circuit Clerk's Office, especially regarding the confidentiality of the juvenile records. Must be willing to commute between Juvenile Justice Center and Downtown Benton County Courthouse campuses. High School diploma or GED. Understanding of clerical legal terminology and how the court system functions is a must. Micro Soft Word and Excel are required. Must have good customer service skills and be able to work independently. Data entry skills are necessary to perform this job as well as being able to work with digital imaging. Must be able to multi task and have time management skills.

Financial Administrator Collector's Office
The Collector's Financial Administrator is the internal accountant for the office. The position is responsible for the County's accountability as it relates to the tax revenue collected, in excess of $200 million annually. This position is responsible for preparing itemized, disbursements of all county, city and school district revenue for the County Treasurer, while concurrently reconciling 3 bank accounts. The position also supervises one Assistant Bookkeeper. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related area required. Certified Public Accountant preferred, but will accept a minimum of 5 years' experience in a bookkeeping/accounting field, with a working knowledge of double-entry accounting. Must be knowledgeable of laws governing public funds and be willing to attend on-going training. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access. Must be proficient on a printing calculator.
Interpersonal skills and professionalism are vitally important as this position regularly works with the County Treasurer, and State Land Commission.

Form Setter/Finisher Road Department $13.19--$14.84 Build and lay out forms as required according to specifications with the ability to make calculations depending on grades

Fill form with fill material and compact with tamper or compactor to bring to required grade

Clean work site of any tools, debris and equipment
High School diploma or GED required. Two to Three years of direct experience with large scale form setting and finishing required. Direct bridge construction experience preferred.

Truck Driver I Road Dept $12.67- 14.26 per hour Hauls materials to job sites and construction waste to the appropriate waste disposal site. Operates snow plows and/or sand and salt spreaders during winter storms and may be required to work long hours including nights and weekends. Makes sure truck is well maintained and follows the required maintenance schedule. May assist in directing traffic flow in work zones and patching potholes. Must hold a valid Commercial Driverís License and a high school diploma or equivalent. Haz-Mat certification a plus but not necessary. Experience in operating dump trucks and working in a road construction environment is preferred.
